Design and Project Planning
Once we have an understanding of your desires and preferences, we are able to take these initial design ideas and put them on paper.
We create a series of computer aided designs and presentation mood boards to provide you with a full conceptual image of the proposal. Where relevant we work with you to obtain any permissions needed, for example planning permission and/or building regulations, and will translate the designs into professionally prepared plans.
We are also happy to plan a renovation project which may need to be phased over a longer period of time as and when the budget becomes available. This strategic plan for complete home remodelling means that the design concept can be created at the start of the project and all subsequent work referenced from the original design.
