Canapés: Smoked trout pate - cream cheese - cracked black pepper - lemon

Bruschetta - foie gras - poached pear

Pickled Beetroot – goats cheese - balsamic

Pan Roasted breast of Wood  pigeon - caramelised squash fondant - perry & pomegranate jus

Seared pave of Hampshire Venison served pink - individual Game pie, bubble & squeak - kale - parsnip crisps - redcurrant & port gravy
