Virtual Cookery Class with Shelina, BBC's MasterChef winner 2012

In collaboration with The Myers Touch, MasterChef winner Shelina Permalloo invites you to join her for a 'cook along' curry class via Zoom on Tuesday 26th January 2021 where you will learn how to cook this beautiful two course Mauritian menu:-
Spiced Pumpkin Fritters (Vegan, Gluten Free) with a Chive Chilli Dipping Sauce (Vegan, Gluten Free)
A fragrant Island Style Mauritian Chicken (Butterbean Vegan) Coconut Cari and Fragrant Yellow Rice (Gluten Free)
A light and aromatic curry, full of spice and fragrant herbs. Once you master the base of this recipe, it can be adapted to make a variety of different recipes using the same method.
All guests will be sent a PDF of the recipes in advance and will need to buy all their ingredients and be ready to cook with their equipment ready. All menus can be adapted to different dietary requirements just email firstname.lastname@example.org in advance so alternative ingredients can be suggested.
