A fantastic night was had by everyone who came to the cookery demonstration last month by TV Chef, restaurateur and author, Giancarlo Caldesi.
The flamboyant and charming Italian learnt to cook from his mother and entertained his audience with amusing tales of his experience growing up in
Italy and how to make perfect Pizzas.
Giancarlo created his delicious Pizzas using the Gaggenau baking stone accessory for the 400 series oven on display in our studio. Gaggenau's Home Economist, Allison Sawyer was also on hand to assist Giancarlo and provided guests with tasty sweet & savoury snacks during the course of the evening using their 400 series steam oven.
Helena Myers adds "It was great to see the studio full with guests having fun and the opportunity to chat openly to Giancarlo throughout the evening and picking up tips on how to make the perfect Pizzas. We had a mix of past, present and future clients, Dining Club members and others who just love Pizza and wanted to learn more from the expert".
