Our first of two cookery classes with Shelina Permalloo was a knockout at our Winchester showroom. The winner of 2012 BBC Masterchef was back in our studio for masterclasses that got people experiencing the vibrant flavours of Mauritian & World Cuisine!
The best bit? At the end, guests got to taste the food - and take home any leftovers!

Fresh Roti bread from scratch along with the best rice method to make a delicious cumin & turmeric steamed Basmati rice.
